Paul Wright

A Belfast native with 10 years experience in the local technology recruitment sector, Paul has recruited for start-ups, global giants and everything in-between. He has worked with candidates he met as graduates and helped them shape their careers with some reaching senior management level with FTSE100 companies or becoming tech entrepreneurs running their own companies. With a significant track record of senior-level consultancy and experience as an in-house resourcer, Paul appreciates the full scope of the recruitment sector and has the long-standing career to understand that today’s graduate entrants are tomorrow’s hiring managers.

Paul fully understands what it is to be a successful recruiter and has a reputation for honesty and integrity with clients and candidates alike.

Patrick Bingham

Consultant


From County Down, but with stints living abroad in the USA and France, Patrick located back to NI after gaining BA (Hons) from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. A keen rugby player, Patrick has many connections across NI and further afield and enjoys the ‘people focus’ of the recruitment industry. Patrick worked in an internal resourcing role for a local software company where he developed skills in online searching and learned the importance of social media in the recruitment process. He is now enjoying employing these skills to assist a broader base of clients in their search for IT talent.
