Who is the client?

Distil Recruitment is working with one of NI’s most recognised companies in the food and distribution sector in the recruitment of a Business Analyst.  The company is going through its next wave of spending and investment in ICT and Business Systems and is rolling out and consolidating a new ERP platform across several sites in what will be a huge and complex project involving all areas of the business. The Business Analyst role will be at the heart of this project and will involve building relationships with stakeholders and business departments across the Group, managing an array of projects, overseeing reporting and data migration / integration and playing a key role in delivery.

You will have experience in ERP systems from an Analysis, Implementation, Reporting or Project Management perspective as well as a strong background in accounting or finance in a live commercial environment. You will be ready to ‘step up’ to a more senior position and be ready to prove, challenge and develop yourself.

There will be a supportive project team around you and an experienced and hands-on programme Manager overseeing the overall delivery but this is still a role with a high degree of autonomy and one that you can really make your mark on.

Competitive salary relevant to experience with full package although the role is ultimately pitched at someone looking for a step forward in their career rather than a highly experienced senior BA or PM.

What do I need?

• Strong background in accounting and ERP systems in the FMCG, manufacturing or distribution sectors
• Experience of an ERP implementation and the associated business change processes
• Strong reporting skills and able to work across a range of reporting platforms
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
