CRM Manager (Hybrid role)

Distil are working with a manufacturing company whom have multiple sites across the UK and Ireland. They are going through an implementation of a new CRM platform. They are seeking a CRM Manager to manage their new CRM system.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a new high-profile CRM solution to further enhance the customer service, sales and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, hands-on CRM Manager and customer champion – well versed in effectively promoting the benefits of CRM across the business to deliver a hearts and mind-set change. This project requires ongoing engagement with directors, department heads, key managers and stakeholders, as well as managing relationships with external trusted partners involved in delivering CRM to the business.

This is a key role which involves determining project needs and resources to deliver the technical and functional requirements for the plan, as well as ensuring budget and deadline expectations are met and resources managed efficiently.

Ideally the individual will be someone who has rolled out CRM, been a CRM Manager and from a sales and marketing background.  The ideal candidate will be need to be able to;

  • Promote CRM across the companies.
    • The users are both in the UK and Ireland, therefore will need to have that strength of personality work virtually, yet still build rapport
  • Work with the group to identify areas for improvement or addition with in D365 Sales, and be able to document and share with external vendor.
  • Act as 1st line support of CRM.
  • Have an analytical, business improvement approach to the role.

Required Skills

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in the successful implementation of an end to end CRM system
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM desirable
  • The ability to demonstrate and communicate a clear (customer led) vision.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy skills (subject to testing).
  • Detail orientated with strong organisational skills.
