Who Are You?

You are an experienced Software Developer with hands-on experience in a product-based software house environment. You will have a grounding in web technologies and keen to work with a broad range of tools and to pick up new ones on the way. Ideally you will be working at a senior level with some experience of leading either a project or a small team – and be keen to build upon this experience.

You are attracted to a local software house because of the smaller team, local culture / environment / craic and the opportunity to see and get feedback on the fruits of your labour. You don’t want to build part of a massive global application but instead want to be fully involved in building products from scratch, see them rolled out to clients and get direct feedback on their success.

You are not fussed in working in a Fintech / multinational or overly corporate environment and like the idea of working in the healthcare field and building products to help healthcare practitioners do their job better.

Role

Senior Software Developer role in an impressive local software house. We need someone who is not going to be a diva about rolling up their sleeves but who also has the knowledge and gravitas to allocate resources, mentor junior team members and make suggestions on process improvements or new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

A solid level of commercial experience in developing complex web and desktop applications. Technical background as follows:

• Javascript
• C# or similar
• HTML, CSS, Git

Basically you need to be capable and enthusiastic software developer who is open to a range of tech, can inspire colleagues, likes the sound of the above and can fit in with a small team in a relaxed environment.
