Software Support Analyst (ERP)
Who are you?
You might fit into one of the following categories –
A) An experienced ERP Support Analyst who is looking for a new role that does not involve crazy shifts or working in an internal role and keen to take on a position offering exposure to a range of companies and sectors. Someone with experience of handling issues with ERP or accounting software applications while maintaining rapport with the end-user. Someone who is comfortable with debugging, SQL queries / reports etc Someone who is interested in supporting large-scale, bespoke ERP platforms for a range of well-known local businesses.
B) Someone who is the ‘go to person’ in your current company when it comes to sorting out issues with the ERP system – whether it is amending purchase orders, raising invoices, synching with smartphones or tablets – generally the person who knows how to get things sorted out. This may not be the main aspect of your job but it is something that you really enjoy doing and often wonder if you could get a full time role doing exactly this type of thing..

Role
There is an immediate requirement for an Application Support Analyst to join a key team within in the business. This person will work closely with our support, clients and development team in the resolution of more complex customer issues and will enjoy being the point of contact with the clients and taking ownership of the resolution of technical problems with the core application.
Full product training is provided. It is a very broad role, no two days are the same. It can be fast paced and push you to really think on your feet. Development potential within the role to move into a consultancy / implementation direction or else towards project or team management.
