Distil is working with a full service Digital Agency to help them grow their UX team through sourcing at least one UX Designer. Experience level as a UX Designer is not as important as focus on building and maintaining your career in this area.

There is a strong design and development team in place and the UX guys work closely with them and liaise with clients directly to accurately and consultatively map-out and plan the User Experience for an array of websites, e-commerce platforms and apps. This is a stand-alone function of the agency. Clean, innovative and accessible UX design has been central to their success and they need to enhance this area of the team as new projects and clients come rolling in.

What do I need?

First and foremost you need to be serious about UX Design and be prepared to put some of your more off-the-wall creative ideas on the shelf in favour of introducing a clean, lucid and engaging user experience. You need to be consultative, communicative and passionate about good design and able to articulate this with colleagues and clients alike. You also need strong knowledge of UX practices.
